Get In Shape After 40.com

Yes, it is possible!  Amazing too.  Now here is a great role model, Helen Mirren, who made headlines in the picture to the left.  At almost 63 she looks stunning in her red bikini and just knowing that it is possible really lifts my spirits today.

We need more role models for people over the age of 40, 50, 60 and above.
